Independent Bar & Kitchen is an urban-rustic eatery that celebrates European comfort food with an artisanal sensibility and strong bias towards locally and sustainably raised ingredients. The kitchen is coupled with an elevated craft bar program featuring a wide variety of European beers (20 Drafts), spirits and wines while also being host to all the local and national favorites.
Independent Bar & Kitchen is lead by Executive Chef Andrew Dilda formerly of The Reata (Ft Worth), Banter (Dallas) and Woodshed (Ft Worth) among other notable restaurants in the metroplex. Drawing inspiration from European comfort staples the menu includes items such as Bangers and Mash, Sheppard’s Pie, Fish and Chips, Mussel Frites and Rabbit with Papadelle. The menu also features more American influenced dishes as well.
