Independent Bar & Kitchen is an urban-rustic eatery that celebrates comfort food with an artisanal sensibility and strong bias towards locally and sustainably raised ingredients. The kitchen is coupled with an elevated craft bar program featuring a wide variety of local and national beers (20 Drafts), spirits, and wines.
Independent Bar & Kitchen is lead by 23 year old, female Chef Gaby Hernandez, who has been with IBK since day one. Drawing inspiration from European comfort staples the menu includes items such as Bangers and Mash, Sheppard’s Pie, and Fish and Chips. The menu also features more American influenced dishes as well.
